Carol is all about relationships with people: especially kids. Carol is a graduate of the University of Hawai’i and previously worked for the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrandth as well as Kapalua Bay Hotel before entering the destination management industry in 2000.
Carole has a passion for the Hawaiian Culture and enjoys whale watching. Prior to joining IPH, Carole was Account Vice President for Showtime Networks Inc. in Dallas, Texas where she managed a sales and marketing team as well as created a National Sales Incentive Program.
Catherine is a surfer and paddle boarder who loves the adventure that Hawai’i offers. Prior to joining IPH, Catherine was a Program Manager in the southwest meetings and incentive market .
Charlene loves a good glass of wine and hanging out with family and friends. Charlene has extensive experience in the trade show and event production and looks forward to helping you make a big impression.
Charlie is an 8th generation Hawai’i resident and lives for his grandkids, church and helping out at IPH. Charlie has worked in the travel industry since 1974 and was a freelance travel director from 1991-2005 before joining IPH.
Dawn loves cooking, movies, family, friends and being a “good Samaritan.” Prior to joining IPH, Dawn was the Human Resources Benefits Coordinator at the Grand Wailea Resort, Hotel & Spa on Maui.
John has over 17 years of experience in producing the largest events in Hawaii. Also a classically trained chef, John is a world traveler, a Maui-based food writer, an authority on entertaining and has a passion for providing world class service.
Kimo is into coaching youth football and basketball, his community church and family events. Prior to joining IPH, Kimo was a sales manager at Hilo Hattie, a tour manager at American Express, a tour guide & dispatcher at E Noa Tours and an apprentice archeologist at Waimea Falls Park.
Leona is a 5th generation resident of Hawai’i and an aggressive supporter of worthy causes including the American Red Cross, Big Brothers/Big Sisters and HUGS (Help, Understanding & Group Support), a non-profit children’s charity in Hawai`i. Leona is one of the co-founders of IPH and has had extensive experience in the destination management industry as a travel agent, onsite travel director, account executive, sales manager and director of sales.
Lillian believes in giving back to the community, especially to those that are less fortunate. Thus, she supportsthe American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Hawai‘i Food Bank, and Make A Wish Foundation. Prior to joining IPH, Lilian worked at an animal hospital before deciding to join the travel industry and is loving the wonderful world of destination management services.
Events are Matthew’s passion. Matthew is a 15 year veteran of the hospitality and special events industry. Creative design and a focus on the logistical details of large scale productions are his strong points. A love for his home, Hawaii, coupled with a keen eye for cutting edge trends in the industry offers clients an unparalleled resource and advocate for success.
Melanie was born and raised in New York and attended college in New York City.
In her early 20’s, Melanie found herself re-locating to Hawai’i and immediately became immersed in various facets of the visitor industry, which ultimately led to the exciting world of corporate events. Prior to joining IPH’s sales team in 2002, she worked in the Hawai‘i incentive industry for five years in an on-site operations capacity, responsible for the seamless delivery of events and destination services.
Michelle loves playing in the ocean & soaking up the sun with her husband and son. Prior to joining IPH, Michelle worked as a Sales Coordinator in the Corporate Meetings & Incentive (CMI) division at the Hawaii Visitors & Convention Bureau and is a proud graduate of the University of Hawaii’s School of Travel Industry Management (Bachelors of Science).
Noelani loves camping with her husband Gary, sons Alika and Gary Boy and their entire ohana (family). Camping in Hawai’i means days swimming, fishing and relaxing with nights enjoying each other’s company and singing Hawaiian tunes to the accompaniment of ukulele and guitar. Prior to joining IPH, Noelani spent 17 years in food service distribution.
Tony loves being with his family and friends including wife, Dana, and triplets Catherine, Joseph, and Nicholas. Tony also loves to eat, golfing, playing bridge and traveling. Prior to joining and becoming co-owner of IPH, Tony had careers with Hawaiian Airlines, American Express Travel Related Services, Budget Rent a Car-Asia/Pacific, and the Hawai`i Visitors and Convention Bureau.
